The success of a worship service or special event here at MWOC goes far beyond who is on the stage or who is teaching an educational class. Only through the efforts of many men and women does everything come together that allows us to function and minister as a church body.

1. Armor Bearers - We seek to defend, sustain, maintain, and uphold Pastor Barker and his family with excellence, integrity, and humility.

2. Greeters - We seek to welcome every person that comes into the Sanctuary with such love and compassion that they feel as if they have come home.

3. Guest Relations and Hospitality - We seek to minister to each newcomer (lost, hurt, or broken) as Christ leads us in the Spirit of Truth, Prayer, and Encouragement.

4. Benevolence - We seek to demonstrate God's love through crisis intervention by providing financial assistance, materials, advice, and proper referral for those needs that cannot be met by the church.

5. Pastoral Care - We seek to build the Kingdom of God by mentoring people. We accomplish this by calling visitors and new members to answer their questions and by integrating people into the different ministries and classes at MWOC. We are determined to help every ministry in any area of need that they have.

6. Sick and Shut-in Ministry - We seek to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the sick and shut-in members of MWOC. We will minister to them through prayer and encouragement. This is accomplished by phone calls and monthly visits according to each members need and/or requests.
