WHAT IS A COMMUNITY SMALL GROUP?

Community Small Groups are a place where believers experience life-changing fellowship, life-deepening discipleship, and build life-enhancing relationships. A small group is typically made up of six to twelve people who meet regularly during the week to share about their lives, support one another, and study biblical truths. Each group has a host and a leader (or one person may host and lead). Small Groups meet in a number of different locations around the Metro Atlanta area. Most groups meet bi-weekly during evening hours, but some meet weekly, such as our Educational Group. Our goal is to accommodate the different needs of those in our church by offering a variety of options.

WHAT IS A COMMUNITY SMALL GROUP?

This can vary from group to group, but most groups have a time of fellowship, prayer, Bible or book study, discussion, and life application. Not all groups study the same thing. Some read and study books about Christian living, and others study books of the Bible.

We also encourage our small groups to serve the community together. It's amazing what God can do through a group of people as they use their skills, gifts and resources to help those in need.
